Former model Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, have sold their mid-century home in Los Angeles’ Beverly Hills neighborhood for $ 13.5 million, according to the list’s archives.

The ‘stylish, chic and completely private’ home was first listed by Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency for $ 15.995 million in August 2020. The price fell to $ 14.75 million in May and it rose to $ 14.75 million in May. is sold for $ 13.5 million on Friday, according to listing records.

The transaction has not yet been published in public records. The final sale price, as well as the identity of the purchaser, could not be determined.

Mr. Rappaport, who also represented the buyer, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.


Built in 1959, the epitome of Mid-Century Modern has been completely restored and remodeled, according to the listing. It includes nearly 5,400 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large living room with a wet bar, media room, gourmet kitchen, and open-plan family room, according to the listing.

Outside, there’s a swimming pool, sports field, and “winding paths for privacy,” the listing says.

Ms Crawford and Mr Gerber, who co-founded tequila brand Casamigos with actor George Clooney in 2013, bought the property through a trust in 2017 for $ 11.6 million, according to property records.

The couple, who could not immediately be reached for comment, bought the house from Ryan Tedder, frontman of OneRepublic and songwriter and music producer for Madonna, U2, Adele and Beyoncé.

Mr. Tedder and his wife, Geneviève, purchased the house in 2014 and spent almost two years restoring and expanding the property. Previously, the house was owned by Gregory Goodman, a film producer behind “Jason Bourne” and “Captain Phillips,” Mansion Global previously reported.
