Lil Duval escapes ‘Smile’ paternity trial

Music producer Darwin Quinn and singer-songwriter Mitchelle’l Sium had accused Lil Duval, real name Roland Powell, of using the melody, rhythm and hook lines of an unreleased song that they created with him in 2017 for his 2018 hit “Smile (Living My Best Life)”, featuring Snoop Dogg, Ball Greezy and Midnight Star…
