Ridley Scott to Produce New ‘Alien’ Movie From ‘Don’t Breathe’ Director Fede Alvarez

Fede Alvarezthriller director don’t breathe and success evil Dead restart in 2013, go to space with Ridley Scott for a new Extraterrestrial movie.

Scott, the director of the groundbreaking 1979 original, who returned to the franchise to direct the Extraterrestrial prequels Prometheus in 2012 and Alien: Pact in 2017, produced, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

According to the trade, this project will not be thematically tied to existing films, but rather a standalone feature meant to be an original for Hulu from Disney-owned 20th Century Studios.

Meanwhile, FX is working on a Extraterrestrial series set on earth decades in the future – before Sigourney WeaverEllen Ripley made her ill-fated journey on the mining ship USS Nostromo in Extraterrestrial.

A few years earlier, District 9 director Neill Blomkamp teased that he was working on a direct sequel to james cameronthe 1986 classic sequel aliens, hinting that he would reunite Weaver with her aliens co-star Michael Biehnbut that project apparently fell through, and the subsequent sale of 20th Century Fox to Disney in 2019 could have sealed its fate permanently.
