Text description provided by the architects. Da Lat – the place of dreamers, the homeland of dreams, and somewhere on this journey we need the right place for “shelters”. Thus, Olia’s house will be the place where nothing could be better than. Located on a slope and hidden at the end of a narrow alley in Da Lat. Being immersed in daylight, the building has a completely contrasting shade to how it looked after dark. In addition, the whole building will be as bright as a lantern with the intentional light in order to create the optimal effects.

All the rooms are connected to the garden by a large window which helps us to create a flexible space that can easily change function, depending on the user’s needs. You can find a little nook next to a long wooden table to quietly contemplate the sky behind the trees with golden flowers swaying in the wind.

It will be a great keepsake to enjoy the space full of poetry as well as gazing at the long-sided foliage with early sunshine. A partial structure was formed from a combination of box steels but it did not become too rigid. On the other hand, the harmonious collaboration between the color Pinewood and White creates a soft intimacy, further contributing to Da Lat an attraction worth living in the life of each person.
